What if my flight is delayed for more than 5 hours?

If your flight is delayed for more than 5 hours, you can request full refund of the ticket you paid and request delay compensation for the irregularity caused by the airline. Please be advised that if the flight is delayed over 3 hours but less than 5 hours, you can’t receive full refund and you cant claim compensation if you don’t flight.
